I found the website to be very easy to use when wanting to get sources of information put onto the internet, with text pictures and video information. I have enjoyed writing about the topics that have interested me, from music, to hard news that has caught my eye. I have bin able to write about everything I have wanted to say about media influence on the site and what my opinion is about it. From doing this I have gained a lot of interest in posting blogs onto the internet.
Overall I think my post have bin successful I showing the information I wanted, and saying my own personal opinions on the topics chosen. I am pleased that I got to use the website as part of my contextual file to learn on promoting information onto the internet of my interest.

The Influence Of The Internet On Daily Life
The internet full of information fact or fiction and full of tools such as e-mailing, networking etc. The internet is relied on every day in school, college, and work. I personal think that every day on networking sites people will always rely on using them as contact to family members and friends on a daily basis just as often as phoning and texting. Also when looking for reliable information on a certain topic, either it be for interest or research the internet appears to me to be one of th3e first choices as a reliable source to look up certain information rather than taking out a book from a library.
Not everything on the interent is said to be fact, also sources of information can be changed from fact to fiction, yet the internet still seems to be first choice for it being the fastest way of looking up on something you want to find out about.
For entertainment purposes the internet appears to show you what it is you should be either watching , reading, or listening to. For example I researched into the music MySpace promotes, a networking site that has updates on the newest and most popular music out there. Just by going onto the main page of the website you will see all the news it tell you about what music is around at the moment that is making its way to being popular, like the website is saying this is what you should listen to, and this is what you should not listen to. I think the networking site is very hands on with the constant promotion of the certain singers and bands it chooses to promote by popular demand, which will be an opinion not everyone will have.

Climate Change Bill Is Unveiled To US Senators
Provisions 1for relaxing rules on offshore oil-drilling is included in the bill. Plans have bin announced to ease the drilling restrictions early on this year but Mr Obama, but was forced to a rethink by the oil spill.
I think that the oil driling should be reduced to help reduce the emissions and prevent any future oil spills, is the US was to be the world's clean-energy leader.
Great things are expected by David Cameron after cabinet meeting
he also mention that he is expecting great things from them, as he wanted to have Briatain back "open for business" by them.
I think Mr Cameron has a very positive attitude towards others for change. But nothing looks promising at the moment.
BT boss criticises illegal file-sharing policy
The plans to suspend people’s internet accounts from illegally downloading music, is unfair to the head of Britain’s biggest telecom firm. The chief executive of BT, Ian Livingston, said the illegal file sharers should only be fined instead off cut off from the internet. “I’m trying to be constructive, not destructive”, he said.
I think this is a fair way to deal with people who illegally download, instead of cutting off the internet from certain places. But fining will keep internet running and keep business going for BT, Livingston also said the money gathered from fines can be used to fund creative industries, or even to support the rollout of broadband across the UK. I also think that the policy should be changed, so broadband internet can keep up and running throughout the United Kingdom, and the money generated from fining can benefit everyone.

Ethiopia famine aid was spent on weapons
In a BBC investigation, its recently discovered that the Ethiopian famine of 1984 to 1985 had millions of dollars in western aid spend by rebels to get weapons.
The BBC was told by the former rebel leaders that they posed as merchants in meetings with charity, to get hold of the aid money.
It was estimated at $95m or £63m from charities and western governments, and also band aid, which was channelled into the rebel fight to gain the money.
It has been suggested by evidence that even though millions of people were saved by the aid, that not all of the aid went to the people who needed it the most.
I think this was a very unfair way of using the millions of pounds that was raised by live aid in 1985 for it not all to be used to go towards the most needy. Max Peberdy is an aid worker from Christian aid, and he carried across the border, nearly $500, 000 in Ethiopian currency, which he used to purchase grain from merchants, and does not believe that any of the aid money he carried was diverted. He said that it’s been 25 since this all happened, and no one has claimed such a thing over all these years.

Make Your Own Choice
I would like to focus on social networking site and what information is shared. For example, Myspace is a well known site for being involved with hosting gigs, sharing news on various artists, giving people the ability to use certain tracks of their favourite bands to be played on their profiles.
This is a fast way of showing the users of Myspace what music is out there currently, I personally think this can leave a good impression of what is good and bad according to what Myspace thinks you should be listening to.
